Fabulous customer service each and every time you go, great strong coffee which is a must for me, the Italian soda brings back memories of growing up with my dad from Italy, great conversation every time I swing by, and the best part is their coffee etc is made perfectly every time. Never bitter, never burned like you sometimes get with chains.

Every time we go they always give my kids a little cup of whipped cream and have given me samples of their pastries on occasion. On top of amazing customer service their coffee is to die for!
