Estate Planning is a process for the client to decide how their assets are to be distributed following their death. With proper estate planning, the client can be sure their wishes are fulfilled. Without a proper estate plan, a client's assets are distributed per statute. A Will allows the client to direct how their estate is distributed upon their death.
