Didnt call or send proofs when they said they would! Called several times just to get a proof sent to me then when a change was needed they didnt send the revised print even when they said it was already done. Had to drive to shop After several failed calls and saying they would send the proof to me, then waited several minutes because it was obvious the changes needed had yet to be made to the plaque. We ended up ordering from another shop (Center) that was by far a more professional looking place that was clean and whos owners cared what they were doing and about their customers. Do

I've probably ordered 25 plaques from Scott over the last 20 plus years and I would recommend Canth Awards to anyone. One thing I'll say is this: if Scott makes a mistake, he makes it right! He's a stand up guy in a world of people making excuses and that means something to me!
