David and Tristen assisted me and they are very knowledgeable and do a thorough job. They are great communicators, on-time, and I felt comfortable having them care for my home.
I also appreciate Mandy checking on the status of the job and making sure if I had any questions they got addressed.

Horrible company!! They've been trying to shake be down for money after quoting me one price, not successfully doing the work and trying to collect double. Now they are trying to threaten me with a lawyer. Their work, which they didn't do what they claimed they would, cost me more money and I had to pay someone to fix their work. Luckily I have a number witnesses that will testify when I counter sue them.

I am so thrilled to write this review! We had a water emergency at 1 in the morning. I had used ServPro before, although another office, so I was pretty sure I could count on them to help us out. I called the Decatur office and spoke with their customer service person who immediately put the call out for an emergency crew to come to our house. They called when they were on their way, which put my mind at ease. Roman, if you ever read this, you will never know how much it meant that when you called you were calm and reassuring. We knew after speaking with you that our home was going to be okay.

Our SC home was flooded after hurricane Florence with approximately 8-9" in our garage and 3-4" of water in the house. Our house had far less water then our neighbors and others in the area of our home, but Serv Pro of Decatur was assigned to handle our damages. I can not say enough about this team of guys. From team leader to estimator everyone had passion for our tragedy and did a superior job getting our home safe and dry. Our FEMA adjuster was impressed with the great job Serv Pro had done and said he "not only had trouble finding the water line but found absolutely no mold

Do not call them! We had a sewage line leak into our crawlspace. The insurance company told us to call ServPro, so we did. They came out and "did the cleanup". The next day, our plumber came out and she was upset that a) they did a terrible job and there was still piles of disgusting sewage under the plumbing leak (the water had been turned off and the bathroom closed so it wasn't new), and b) they left caustic materials on the ground and took away the protective water barrier. To us, it still smelled strongly like an outhouse. So I went down after the repair and saw that the main
