While each instructor may have different specialties, we are eager to work with all skill levels. Students can expect to improve their pitching, fielding and hitting skills and have a great time doing it. Private lessons are available 7 days a week by appointment. In his twentieth season with The Strike Zone, Joe is always one of our most preferred instructors. He is rapidly becoming one of the top hitting and pitching instructors in the area. Joe is positive and knowledgeable in all phases of the game. Knudsen pitched at Northeastern Illinois University where his team qualified for the Division 1 World Series in 1996 before the school dropped athletics.
6 - 9 Years Old

Joe Knudsen will offer hitting, fielding and pitching instruction. This workout is for the hard working players only. We feel that the energy and productivity that these workouts provide is the best way for players to develop their game. You will be pushed to levels you may have never been to before but the gains you can make are significant.
10 - 14 Years Old

It's that time of year again! Start the season off right by taking part in our Fall Hitting League. Players will compete against other players using a point system based on how and where the ball is hit. Players will be divided by grade. The league will last a total of 5 weeks (4 week regular season and 1 playoff week).
High School
