The homes are beautiful, but the salesman would barely look up from his phone to talk to us. We were very clearly interrupting his game. Very unprofessional.

This week my husband and I made a visit to this place to potentially purchase a home. We went into the office to see if we could walk through the homes. The sales rep barely looked up from his phone while my husband was asking him questions. We go into the homes and most of them were dusty and dirty and you could tell they just werent cared for correctly. We were there for close to 40 minutes. There was no other guests other than us. The sales rep never even bothered to check on us!

Nice to look at new homes but couldn't get in half of them because they were either locked up or no steps to walk up into the homes.

Lied about what was included in price of mobile home (moving and set up, air conditioning), sister-in-law arranged financing and went back and salesman jacked up the price.
