Services
ADHD assessments
Our comprehensive ADHD evaluations identify attention disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. Using standardized neuropsychological measures, we assess executive functioning patterns and provide detailed treatment recommendations. The assessment process includes clinical interviews, cognitive testing, and behavioral observations to create personalized intervention plans.
Neuropsychological testing
We conduct in-depth neuropsychological evaluations to diagnose learning disabilities, cognitive impairments, and neurological conditions. Our assessments measure memory, processing speed, and executive functioning through evidence-based protocols. Results help develop targeted strategies for academic, professional, and personal success across all life stages.
EMDR therapy
Our certified EMDR therapists help clients process traumatic experiences using eye movement desensitization techniques. This evidence-based approach effectively treats PTSD, anxiety, and emotional distress by reprocessing negative memories. Sessions follow standardized protocols to ensure safe and effective trauma resolution.
EF skills coaching
Masters-level coaches provide practical strategies to improve time management, organization, and self-regulation skills. Our coaching focuses on building sustainable habits for individuals with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. Techniques include goal setting, task prioritization, and accountability systems tailored to personal needs.
Forest bathing
Guided forest bathing sessions promote mental wellness through mindful immersion in natural environments. Our gentle walks in local parks combine sensory awareness practices with stress-reduction techniques. Poor customer service combined with inability to answer simple insurance questions. Stories conveniently change when confronted with contradicting insurance/billing issues. Phone goes unanswered and emails need reminders before receiving any kind of response. Don't waste your time with Family Psychological Services of Kirkland and seek help ANYWHERE else.

Danelle was great, but everything else wasnt. Their billing department (Angela Martin) is a joke. No one answers the phone or returns voicemails, and I have spent the last few weeks trying to get them to 1) do their job and 2) do their job correctly. Angela has now provided 5 different bills and none of them are correct. You seek mental health counselors for help, and you get the frustration of now dealing with their billing department instead.
Mistakes happen, sure - But how mistakes are resolved (or if, at this point) is how I determine the outcome, which is why I will not be returning
