TJ Voboril

Dan Reynolds is a transactional attorney and founding partner of Alpenglow Law, LLC. Dan has lived and worked in the world class Vail Valley since 2000. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his law degree from the University of Oregon.

Prior to forming Alpenglow Law, LLC, Dan was a founding partner of Reynolds, Kalamaya & Voboril, LLC, and practiced law at Garfield & Hecht, P.C., the largest law firm on the Western Slope.Dan has substantial experience representing local, national and international clients with their general real estate, business/corporate and homeowner's association matters within the mountain communities.

I am a husband, father, attorney, and 7-time Vail Business League softball champion. Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, I earned a B.A. in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis and J.D. from the University of Oregon.

Since moving to Vail in 2000, I have worked for the Vail Ski Patrol (where I met my extraordinary wife), Timberline Tours (where I guided hundreds of whitewater rafting trips), the Fifth Judicial District Attorney's Office (where I first-chaired too many jury trials), and Garfield & Hecht, P.C (where I learned how to practice law from some of the best attorneys in the state).

T.J. Voboril is a problem solver with considerable experience handling business, real estate, construction, homeowners' association, and employment disputes on behalf of a wide variety of business entities, organizations, and individuals throughout Colorado. Mr. Voboril has successfully litigated in state and federal court and before arbitrators in addition to representing clients in mediation.

I have always wanted to be a lawyer. I never considered another profession other than perhaps ski film star. The combination of intellectual challenge and service to others was irresistible even from a young age. Being an attorney suits my serial desires to devour information and to download thoughts in written and verbal form.
