Pricing was high but the quote thorough. I proceeded because the sales rep was very knowledgeable and the quote covered all the details discussed. Unfortunately the work was not completed as quoted. After the installation of the heat pump and air handler, the sales rep tried to offer a nomination discount and convince me why the work was not necessary. I expected much better service for the quoted price. The remaining work is scheduled to be completed at the end of themonth. I’m hopeful all of work gets completed this time. In short, there is a opportunity to get the service team aligned

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. The work was done right and on time. The work area was left clean and my questions were answered.
