CNC Horizontal Machining
Our CNC horizontal machining centers produce complex, high-precision components for energy sector applications. Using advanced Hyundai Kia and Okuma equipment, we achieve tight tolerances on large workpieces up to 36" in diameter. This process optimizes productivity through multi-sided machining capabilities, reducing setup times while maintaining dimensional accuracy across production runs.
Electrical Discharge Machining
We employ state-of-the-art wire EDM technology for precision cutting of conductive materials. Our Mitsubishi FX-20 and Fanuc 1iC systems handle complex geometries in hardened metals without tool pressure, maintaining 0.0001" tolerances. This non-contact process excels at intricate shapes in titanium, Inconel, and hardened steel components.
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling capabilities combine Enshu VMC-550V and Tree ZPS VMC machines with ProtoTrak controls for 3-axis and 4-axis machining. We produce complex aerospace components and refinery tooling from bar stock up to 40" x 40" x 20", maintaining surface finishes to 16in Ra through high-speed machining techniques.
CNC Turning
We utilize Nakamura TMC-20 and Kia SKT300 CNC lathes for precision turning operations on materials up to 15" diameter. Our capabilities include bar feeding, collet workholding, and steady rest support for shafts up to 30" between centers. All turning operations follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
