Hudson Valley Physical Therapy is an 'out of network' provider for all other insurances. This means we do not take insurance directly and do not have a contractual agreement with any insurance company. You must pay in full at the time of your visit. Time billed is actual face to face time and treatment with your physical therapist.

Conveniently located on Central Avenue across from the Best Buy-Marshalls-Trader Joe's Shopping Center, we are on the corner of Chatterton Pkwy and Central Avenue. The office has it's own free parking lot. We have free valet parking on the upper level in the event the lower level parking lot is full.

Telehealth or Virtual Health consultations are available with Dr Geri White or Dr Zazu Cioce. Telehealth visits are for you if you have specific questions about your unique issues, pelvic floor concerns or home exercise program. These online consultations are one-on-one so you get the most out of your session from the comfort of your home.
