Lowell Anderson has always been involved in the martial arts world. He's passionate about the sport, and one day made the leap to ownership. It kind of happened by surprise way back in 2001, but Lowell is thrilled that it did! Lowell and the excellent instructors are proud to offer some of the finest martial arts service in town.
Tiny Tigers

Our Tiny Tigers class is designed specifically for preschool age children ages 3 through 6. This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities. The Tiny Tigers program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline.
Basic

This class is for students just starting their journey towards their Black Belt. This class is for all new students ages 7 and up. Basic class students can come two times a week. After earning your Camo belt rank you graduate from Basic into the Advanced Classes where you continue your journey towards achieving your black belt.
Advanced 10 and under
Report
This class is for students between the ages of 7 and 10 that have trained for at least 6 months or more and have earned the Rank of Camo belt or above. Learn traditional Taekwondo forms, One step sparring, Tournament style sparring, Self Defense, Board Breaking and Basic weapons (we use weapons as a training tool only, to help develop hand eye coordination, timing and speed).

What is the Leadership Program? The Leadership program is used for creating leaders to meet the Needs of Our World through Songahm martial arts training. While Leadership is one of the attributes emphasized in all ATA programs, our Leadership program offers students an opportunity to aspire to an even greater level of achievement.
