I built a very modern investment house in the Orlando area which I was having difficulty selling. The house was getting a lot of showings but for whatever reason we werent getting offers. My agent told me it was because most buyers in this market cant envision themselves living in a modern house and that the house needed to be staged so it felt like a home. Gosh, where do I start with The Curated Group? First, I was very happy to find them when I did. I am a real estate investor with a background in Interior Design. I had been searching for a home stager that could finish off the look of our beautifully built homes but most stagers fell short with their aesthetic and found myself having to stage my own homes.
