The front staff has horrible customer service! I have been there 2 times with my grandson and both time the girl at the front desk acts as if she hates life or just her job! Either way being the face of a business you are to be happy and helpful!

I took my 4 day old daughter in for her first appointment yesterday. Erin is who saw her & she was very helpful & reassuring knowing I am a brand new mama. She answered all my questions wonderfully & was very sweet. All of the staff was very nice & professional! Would definitely recommend!

My 9 month old daughter was taken to the doctor today because yesterday she had a 101 degree temperature. 2 other children in her daycare class also went to the doctor and were diagnosed with RSV. One of those other children went to Tots n Teens this morning as well and happens to sit beside my daughter daily. When my daughter was evaluated by Doctor Davis, they wanted to administer a COVID-19 test to which we refused. She had no signs of respiratory distress, her temperature had dropped to 99.5 and her eyes, nose, ears and throat looked normal. When we declined the COVID-19 test, the staff became

I would give them more than 1 star because my kids see Dr. E.Sorrell and I think she's great but, when it comes to Dr. Davis that's another story. My husband took my 6 month old daughter to them last month and she told us that there was no "magical pill" to help her. Two days later their doctor tested her and low and behold she had pneumonia and strep. Needless to say if I had just went on her word my baby would've been in worse shape or probably dead. Her bedside manner is horrible and what makes it worse is that she's one of the owners. We won't be going back at all.

My child has been seeing the pediatricians (Holt & Davis) since she was born. Yes, the drive is a little bit of a drive for us & there are other pediatricians that are alot closer, but the staff at this place was & ALWAYS has been the absolute BEST....HANDS DOWN!!!
