Located in Newtown, Pennsylvania, this award-winning dance school and performing arts center offers professional-level dance lessons in an encouraging, whole child, nurturing, and family-like studio environment.
We offer dance lessons in all styles of dance including ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, modern, and lyrical as well as voice classes and acting classes taught by top industry professionals. We also offer special dance and performance workshops throughout the year taught by Broadway performers.

The Pennsylvania School of the Performing Arts was founded in 1996 by professional dancer and Broadway performer, Terri Garcia-Lee. Terri had a vision to bring professional-level training to Bucks County and create a performing arts school where children of all ages are provided with the best dance training in a nurturing and encouraging environment.

We offer 3 beautiful studios with sprung floors and state of the art sound systems on beautiful lush grounds with pond views! PSPA is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and organized individual to manage our front-desk reception area and provide excellent administrative assistance. This is an ideal job for an empty nester or recent college graduate looking to gain experience in operations, customer service, and marketing!

At PSPA, we provide dress codes so the students and teachers can focus on form and performance, rather than be distracted by clothing. Please see below for dress code for the different classes and levels. Dress code is listed by age. Please bring these items to class along with your dance gear! Make sure to label every thing with your name and try to limit your items to one small dance bag.
