Love this place. Just wished they would extend the swimming pool for kids till 5pm. Our grandkids only come during the summer for a week and could not enjoy the pool with them with that rule. The pool is too cold in the morning.

I have lived here for four years now and it's a wonderful place to be it's quiet my neighbors are super friendly and I feel completely safe. There's a beautiful pool to sit out at and enjoy.. when you look up at all the palm trees you really feel like you're on vacation all the time here. Our manager and the maintenance crew are wonderful people they're always there to help you if they can and they will certainly answer questions. If you're lucky enough to be able to move in here you'll never regret it

When we first looked at this park, we were hoping to find our own little piece of Heaven. We were stuck in a tiny 2br, 1bath apartment with the rent going up every 6months. We knew we had to get out of there and soon. I began looking fora house but couldn't find anything that fit our budget. Then I saw this mobile home that was within our budget, so I researched and found a better one in this park. The home had enough space that we didn't feel cramped anymore, and it also had 2bath! My family used to live here for decades; grandparents and father in law. It was great and for some, very peaceful and clean. It wasn't until we we had to sell due to my father in laws passing that I got to see the true colors of management. What you think you say to her in private is NOT private and will be used against you to other people, as she twists the truth. And if you sell, I highly recommend you do your homework and NOT go with Debbie. She is over priced and an overall pitiful excuse for a realtor. She sabotages and will pit people against you.
