My experience was a good one. My car had some major engine issues and they made suggestions even though what they were suggesting wound not have earned them money. That is first class in my book! I always get excellent service from Naper Auto works.
I switched from getting my cars serviced at the dealer to Naper Auto Works when they were still new, because they did all the routine/scheduled service quicker and cheaper, and because they were able to solve a refrigerant problem the dealer didn't.Now that my cars are older, they do all sorts of repairs, including tracking down intermittent problems, and finding discontinued parts, and keep my cars running well.

Great guys, they checked my alignment after Toyota reported that my truck was out of alignment. Great service, they took care of my problem and were able to work with my schedule which is crazy. This company can be trusted to tell you the work required, i will not use any other auto shop. They are responsive and keep you updated on the work.

How often should I get my oil changed? A general rule would be 3000 miles or 6000 for synthetic. Some manufacturers suggest much longer intervals under ideal conditions. Driving conditions are seldom ideal. Lots of idling, stop-and-go traffic, short trips, extremely hot or cold weather, humidity and towing can all decrease the lifespan of engine oil.
