Air conditioning, commercial grade exhaust fan, and 9 ceiling fans allow us to keep the facility at the perfect temperature whatever the summer weather brings.35 acres of walking trails, play areas enclosed with 10' fencing are available for one on one exercise. We do not offer group play times. Paw Spa; your dog does not have to be staying with us to take advantage of our grooming facility.

Inoculations: All pets staying at Saxonburg Kennels are required to have proof of vaccinations. You can provide inoculation information at the time of registration or have your veterinarian fax the information to (724) 265-1480 prior to your arrival appointment. Inoculations need to be current during the length of your pet's stay.

Canine rate is $35.00 per day. We will automatically offer the largest facility available. During peak season (May- Sept.) and Holidays the largest facilities will be reserved for those who require larger spaces or are of double occupancy. You are charged the day you arrive no matter the time. If you pick up during our morning appointments you are not charged for that day.

All breed grooming is offered to our inhouse clients, as well as non-boarders. Pricing varies on size, style, condition and temperament of your dog. Grooming daycare charge is $30.00. We offer an extensive line of Lambert Kay products to cover any issue you may have with your pet's coat. We offer walks on our 35 acre grounds.

In 2020 we as families spent a lot of extra time with our pets. This summer we've noticed many pets are experiencing separation anxiety while you are away on vacation. If you suspect this could be the case with your best friend, please speak to your veterinarian. Perhaps he/she could prescribe something for them during their stay with us.
