We are very pleased with the headstone created for our family. We wanted to replicate a family headstone located in a cemetery in another state and we were concerned that this was not possible.
Libby McNeil was very informative during our initial and later conversations. Rick Burroughs was very patient in answering all of our questions and offered excellent advice regarding dimensions and lettering style and spacing. He even printed out multiple templates so we could see exactly how everything would look. He alleviated our concerns and we trusted that we would get exactly what we asked and paid

From start to finish, Kline was awesome. They allowed me to add personal touches to my brother's headstone whilst also keeping me updated throughout the process (Thanks Monica!). The pricing at Kline is great and the quality is far above excellent. I won't say " I will use them again in the future" because honestly, I hope to not have to be in a position where I need to anytime soon. However, I will recommend them to anyone in the area. Andrew's headstone came out absolutely beautiful and worthy of his wonderful life. Thank you Kline.

I want to thank the staff at Kline Memorial for their help in this most difficult time. Libby, was wonderful in helping me through the entire process. To include helping me on the design to assisting in getting the headstone on my mother's grave. I ordered the headstone from Kline in Dec 2020. It arrived several months later. In the meantime there was an issue about ownership of the cemetery. Public Notice was posted at the cemetery that you could only visit the gravesite. We were not allowed to have the headstone placed on the grave.. Finally, in Oct 2021, I was contacted by the new owner and advised

Consummately professional job from beginning to finish! We could not be happier with the end result of the joint monument created for my mom and ourselves. Monica was our expert consultant who navigated this process with so much patience and kindness. Thank you, Monica...You are a rockstar! The installation was superbly performed within the estimated timeframe. Final cost was within the estimate and competitive with other monument makers in the area, who from my experience do not have a wonderful Monica. From the Hanley and Gonsalves families, thank you to the entire Kline Memorial team!
