Bill worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years, first starting out as a life insurance agent and then as a sales manager on the life and health insurance side of the industry. After Michelle graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine Michelle decided to join Bill in the insurance world.
