This company is the best yet, will definitely call back for service. Called yesterday afternoon and they came out very next day. Bart was at my door very nice, easy to talk to, friendly and answered any question I asked even if I asked it two or three times. The price was wayyyy!!!!! Less than I expected. So for all the amazing qualities I was provided with Im giving all the stars in the google galaxy!

They came out to look at my A/C and said they'd come back to clean my coils. They never came back, so I hired a different company. They still charged me $75 to look at my unit even after several emails and phone calls gone unanswered. I would not recommend them.

We called Ellis Air for an after hour service, and these guys were quick to respond to our call. Within the hour we had a tech (Patrick A.)come and service our HVAC system. Not only was Patrick super helpful but he was very knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure our unit was properly cleaned and working as it should. I would deff recommend this company and Patrick to anyone in the area.

They did an awesome job of removing the original system which was too small for the house and installing a system better than when the house was built. We feel spoiled now and our energy cost actually went down because of the change. Definitely recommend Ellis Air as a go to contact for AC needs.
