Questions
What are the age and height requirements for riders?
Riders must be at least 7 years old and 48 inches tall. No exceptions apply due to safety and insurance policies.
What is the weight limit for horseback riding?
Maximum rider weight is 220 pounds, including saddle weight. All riders (except small children) are weighed upon arrival to ensure equine safety.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Gift certificates are also available for purchase year-round.
What happens during bad weather?
Rides may be postponed or canceled for severe weather. We contact guests as soon as possible if conditions require closure.
Do you offer group discounts?
Groups of seven or more receive $3 off per person. Youth groups and military members qualify for $10 off per person discounts.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Reservations made the day before require cancellation by 5:00 PM to avoid fees.

Always a pleasure and joy to visit my favorite riding stable...just stopped by to see their beautiful horses.
Closed at the time but would love a winter ride thru rhe snow sometime.
Cheryl and Mike were kind enough to let us see our favorite horse Rainy. Great owners!!!Looking forward til next year!!

My husband and I took our 9 year old granddaughter here to go riding we were still in the stables waiting for people to load their horses,and the horse next to my granddaughter bucked the rider off. My granddaughter was so freaked out after that, she was crying and very upset she did not want to be on the horse at that point so we decided we were not go on the ride. Seeing that happen was very traumatic for her as well as us too not to mention it would not have been enjoyable for her anymore. The owner refused to give us our money back! I understand they have a policy which we signed but I'm sure

We enjoyed a nice leisurely trail ride on a beautiful afternoon. Our horses, Ace and Maverick, were gentle, well tempered boys, who were easily directed when needed. The staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. All in all, a great experience.

For the price, Id expect a little more of a view. Its also stereotypical in that you have to ride single file and at a walking pace. Boring! The horses are really sweet and well-trained and the staff is nice. For beginners, definitely check out Spider Lake Ranch. If youre more intermediate or advanced, you might be a little bored. One cool thing: we saw a bear in a tree while on our ride! But we werent allowed to stop to take pictures..

The place was very nice.. it was such a beautiful ride. The workers were very nice and patient .. the horses were beautiful. And most of all the porta potty was very clean
