Provided detailed inspection and servicing of dryer and related equipment attached. Was able to discover that the house external vent need to be cleaned when performing service, prevented possible dryer lint fire, and further extensive servicing. I really appreciate his ability to be flexible and williness to do a full and complete job that identified problems I didn't know existed.

JOSH (the repair guy) was extremely fast and efficient. Kind, very personable and professional. Didn't mind explaining and making sure i knew what he was fixing and how to avoid the problem happening again. Definitely worth the money and the wait. They service a large area so the long appointment time is understandable.
