At Nested Spaces, our team would love to help you stage your property for sale, or nest into your current home. Nested Spaces formed in late 2014 when owner Whitney Vredenburgh moved from St. Louis to Indianapolis. Looking to settle into their new home, Whitney was on a mission to create a friendly and welcoming home for her family.

Includes a walk-through of the inside and outside of the property along with a checklist identifying and providing specific recommendations to prep a property for the market. Includes 1 to 2 hours in the property identifying and providing specific recommendations to prep a property for the market, with a customized 5 to 8 page written report sent within 48 hours of the walk-through.

We are in the business of home staging and redesign, but we are also in the business of helping others! It is only through the encouragement and help of others, especially women, that we began Nested Spaces. We give 10% of our profit to women in need. Women have a special place in our heart. We provide women with gently used, beautiful furniture and redesign assistance to help them get on their feet.

We provide specific recommendations to prepare the property for market then create a proposal for staging the home. We will use existing furnishings, artwork, and accessories that complement the style of the home as well as provide inventory where needed. Our initial home staging consultation and proposal fee is $100, which will be applied as a credit if you choose to move forward with staging.
