I used this shop because of its outstanding reviews on Yelp and was not disappointed! I wanted an embroidered name changed. Another shop told me it couldn't be done due to the thread count. Zee not only said it was possible, the item was beautifully done and ready the next day!! She'll get ALL my future business!!
