Asbestos testing

JRM performs all asbestos testing related consulting functions, including asbestos surveys (limited and/or comprehensive), asbestos project design specifications, air monitoring and abatement project oversight, training classes, and the development of Operations & Maintenance plans (O&M plans.). Lead testing

JRM's focus of service in the area of lead based paint is how to safely and economically deal with lead based paint issues while maintaining regulatory compliance. JRM's approach is focused on keeping abreast of current regulatory changes and advising their clients with respect to compliance and potential lead health and/or legal related problems.
Microbial and mold testing

JRM's focus of service on microbial issues (bacteria and/or other pathogens) is on understanding the needs and goals of our clients. Effective decisions are then developed balancing your goals and advising you with respect to compliance and potential mold health and/or legal related problems. While it is possible to visibly see mold on a surface or smell mold in the air, it is not possible to know what's going on.
