At Flight Risk Aerials, we want you to discover all of the unique and fun ways you can get your body moving and enjoy the journey as much as we do! Flight Risk offers a variety of classes, workshops, and more to help everyone achieve their health and fitness goals in a creative way. Whether it's pole fitness, aerial strength, dance, or general strength & conditioning, we host fun and engaging classes in unique dance styles on and off the ground!

We hope to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where you can be yourself and celebrate all that you accomplish with us! Our Instructors get excited when we see students with new-found strength, agility, confidence and self-acceptance, and we bet you will too. Come fly with us!

That's OK! Our Intro and Open level classes are meant to be challenging, but geared towards absolute beginners. Be sure to check with your doctor to be sure you're ready for physical activity, and to see if you may have limitations to discuss with instructors! Let's face it, it's not for everyone. Some people get into healthy exercise habits when they're fun, engaging, expressive and addictive!
How Does it Work

Creating an account allows you to manage your schedule (or that of a minor), register for classes, sign documents, pay for classes and workshops and receive special deals throughout the year! Creating an account is necessary to attend any of our classes or workshops, but only takes a minute- we promise!

Trying to get into a class? Use our Waitlist feature to automatically register for a class if there is a cancellation right up to an hour before class!. For first time pole dancers, absolute beginners and those who want to start getting in shape or just have fun! In our Beginner's Pole class students will learn the fundamentals of pole dancing including walks, beginner spins, transitions and basic dance moves.

We have lots of options when it comes to buying classes to help your classes fit into your schedule and lifestyle! We also have an amazing staff of instructors with varied teaching styles - check out each class description and find the right fit for you! Monthly memberships run from date of purchase to the day before the same date the following month.
What Do I Wear
Report
A sports bra, tank top or t-shirt with close-fitting short-shorts work great for this class. This class dances barefoot. All lotion on your body MUST be washed off prior to class. Please come with all jewelry removed; jewelry can ruin our poles, and injure you! If you are physically unable to remove rings, you will be asked to wear pole gloves to prevent damage to our poles and to prevent your jewelry becoming scratched or damaged.
