Peg from initial impressions has left a lasting impression. Not only is her work amazing but I found the person behind to be amazing as well. The package I ordered understandably got delayed due to covid. However, Peg left no stone in turned to constantly track my package and share all updates with me till I got my package delivered just in time. She showed me how important is the quality of service in this day and age. Im thankful to her and I sincerely hope more people are delighted by her customer service. Thank you Peg.

I love this heart shaped label. It can be used for many things. It's 2x2 inches. Just what I needed to add a nice touch to a baby afghan I made for a friend's Grandson. Peg and I started communicating on Sunday of all things and I ordered it on Monday. It was in my mailbox Friday noon. Excellent delivery time and Peg was very helpful in answering my questions. I would highly recommend Peg and this sweet little label.

It was so very, very easy doing business with Peg and Initial Impressions. It was our second apron order as the younger siblings wanted their own monogrammed aprons. Peg was helpful with my questions and the order was received in record time. The product is adorable, well made and sure to be a hit in their kitchens!

I ordered an apron for my 2 year old granddaughter as she likes to cook with me. The choices, the quality, and the customer service were all excellent. I had the apron within days of ordering and couldn't be happy with the color and design. So pleased with a company that is so pleasant to work with!
