Left me with a feeling of being rude and uncaring. A colleague of mine even had a worse experience. Guess the owner doesn't really care if he gets your business or not. And apparently when he does, he's non responsive and unhelpful.

I feel fortunate to have found the insurance power couple, Vince and RaLinda Ginocchio, at Sadler & Co. Vince volunteered to take a look at my homeowners policy. He spotted a big gap in coverage that my previous broker had missed. I asked him to take over the account. Then he guided me through the various options (CEA is not your only choice!) for earthquake insurance and found me a policy that really suits my needs. In the meantime, I asked RaLinda for help with my business insurance. My business service is really unusual, and therefore more challenging to find the right coverage for. RaLinda

Truly professional and very helpful. And really nice people. Saved me a lot of money after we were with Farmer's for 30 years and their rates were getting unaffordable. We now have better coverage with cheaper rates.
