At the Swift Creek Eye Center, Dr. Rebecca Kiraly-Qualls and Dr. Cindy McGarry have been serving the Midlothian, Moseley and Chesterfield communities for over 30 years. They enjoy getting to know their patients as friends and taking time to listen to each of their individual needs. Along with our compassionate staff, we take an integrative and holistic approach to promote good eye health, incorporating patient lifestyle, work and overall health into each customized treatment plan.
Dr. Qualls and Dr. McGarry are extensively involved in community service as well as active members of the American Optometric Association, the Richmond Optometric Association, and two national, invitation-only, optometric groups called the Society of Contact Lens Specialists and the American Society of Eyecare Specialists.

Meet Our Optometrists

Dr. Rebecca Kiraly-Qualls is an alumnus of University of Richmond and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. In 1988, she opened the Swift Creek Eye Center, and for over 30 years, she has lived in the community that she has served. Her husband, Lowell Qualls, is a local pastor and her two sons, Ryan and Daniel, graduated from Cosby High School.
