Our 95 point Espresso Nuevo is a long time customer favorite and one of our most popular coffees. Excellent in milk drinks and designed to cut through dairy. Our original espresso, roasted lighter than our Espresso Nuevo. Pleasant, fruit-forward aroma with notes of sweet berries, dried flowers, brown sugar and chocolate.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Hilo at the intersection of Keawe st and Haili St. Our new Hilo roastery here to serve the Hawaii market! We roast on a Diedrich IR12 20lb roasting machine. Our Hilo facility also serves as a tasting lab for internal use and judging cupping competitions. Our Retail store front offers free samples of a selection of Hawaii grown and international coffees and pour-over and cold brew coffees by the cup.
