We love Dr. Ross. Our daughter is thriving with the CRT contacts used at night during sleep and her nearsightedness has not progressed at all. It is a great option rather than glasses. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you!

North Shore Eye Center is excellent. They provide updates and reminders prior to your appointment. Waiting time is minimal. A thorough exam is provided and questions are answered in an understandable way. Dr. Ross does an excellent job explaining X-rays and impact of diabetes on eyes.

This was the most comprehensive eye exam Ive ever had. Dr. Ross addressed my concerns completely and made suggestions while respecting my right to make my own decisions. The other staff were friendly and showed no frustration at having to repeat statements because of my hearing problems. I definitely can recommend North Shore Eye Health and Wellness in all aspects of care.

I was visiting from out of town and Dr. Ross returned my calls over the weekend and was able to see me on Monday. He was reassuring and explained everything very thoroughly. Staff was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this practice for urgent and standard care.
