Our Medical Center offers primary healthcare for the whole family - from birth to geriatrics.

PCMH puts YOU, the patient at the center of the health care system. Family physicians and Family Nurse Practitioners are training in providing health care services to people of all ages.

This grant allowed the Health Department's Bullhook Clinic to offer medical and care management services to the community with a sliding fee scale. Patients were able to access coordinated and holistic care with other providers in the community.
Bullhook Community Health Center provides healthcare services that help reduce the financial burden placed on the community when uninsured and underinsured residents cannot get the needed healthcare or cannot pay for the healthcare they do get.Community Health Centers are required to serve all residents of their service area with charges on a sliding fee scale based upon ability to pay.

Bullhook Health Center is open to everyone, regardless of residency, age, race, religion, insurance or ability to pay. A Family Physician and a Family Nurse practitioner are on staff to meet the medical needs of all ages and provide a full range of primary care and preventive services. Care Managers available to monitor and guide the individual to set goals for preventive care and chronic disease management.

Bill grew up in Great Falls and moved to Havre while attending Northern Montana College. After graduating from Northern, he remained in Havre as he loved this community and the Hi-Line. Bill is an Eagle Scout and active in Boy Scouts at the local, district and State levels. Two of three of Bill's sons are also Eagle Scouts.

Our dental branch currently employs two full-time Dentists, one full-time Dental Hygienist and one part-time Dental Hygienist as well as one full-time Dental Coordinator. We provide complete oral care - this includes dental services (treating cavities, tooth removal, crowns & bridges, root canals) and oral hygiene (teeth cleaning, and education and tools for continued oral care).
