Dr.Seema Sangwan has changed my life in all the positive ways possible. I never ever thought that managing diabetes and BP can be so simple. Based on her advice, I made minor alterations to my food/eating, sleeping and physical activity habits. Today, I am on no medication for diabeties or BP just because she motivated and thoroughly followed up with me on my habits and routine. You believe in me, if I can do it you can do it too. Thank you Dr.Seema for everything you have done for me. You are awesome.
