We named our company Jericho to be original and it has given us countless opportunities over the years to share our story and our faith all over Fort Bend County and the Greater Houston Area. It's been 30 years now since we chose that name, and we've never regretted it. JERICHO FOUNDATION REPAIRS uses the pressed piling system of foundation repair to raise and level a slab-on-grade type of foundation. We space our pilings on 6' centers to achieve the maximum amount of support necessary to carry the load of the weighted structure once the slab is lifted. The engineers that designed our system of repair feel this distributes the weight more evenly and guarantees a better long-term success rate.
Warranty

After our work is completed and paid in full, a lifetime warranty is issued on the scope of the work for slab on grade foundations. If any adjustments are necessary along the walls underpinned by our company after the work is completed, the adjustments are completed at no cost to the initial warranty holder.

The durable geotextile drainage fabric allows water, air, and nutrients to pass through, not adversely affecting soil hydrology.
