Charles A Stacy was a police officer with the town of Bluefield, VA before he attended law school. During this time, he investigated many car crashes and accidents. He began practicing law in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1997 and in the State of West Virginia in 1998. As an attorney, he has been able to utilize his unique experience from investigating car accidents as a police officer to his clients' advantage.
