Now that's customer service!!! Dustin was extremely helpful and took the time to answer a lot of questions to make sure I was making informed decisions. Working with Marvin and Angie to complete the order and schedule my install was great. They made sure I was updated every step along the way. Roosevelt was knowledgeable and very courteous. From beginning to end, this was one of the easiest tasks I had to complete building my new house. I am so glad I made the decision to use First In Counters and will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of counters.

Wow, I didn't know that companies like this still existed! Not only do they do an amazing job installing granite, the personal customer service that received was beyond compare. It is rare to find a company that is reliable, professional yet still has the customers best interest in mind. Worked directly with Dustin, one of the owners and cant say enough good things about First In Counters. They treated me like family the minute I walked in and took the time to understand what I was looking for. From there they gave me a few recommendations and we were able to find a beautiful slab of granite that fit the project perfectly. I will doing business with them again when it comes time to redo the other 2 bathrooms and cant thank them enough for making this so easy!
