Dr. Howlin also serves as an expert witness for the State of Michigan in aesthetic and internal medicine cases.

Their website, www.carecredit.com, is very informative quick and can calculate payments for you. They offer 0% interest for up to 12 months. Any appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours or is missed without notice will be charged half of the price of the scheduled procedure. Botox/Filler appointments will be charged a flat fee of $100.
