How does the custom design process work?
Our process includes initial consultation, 3D wax modeling, design approval, casting, and hand-finished detailing. Most projects complete within 4-6 weeks.
Do you repair jewelry purchased elsewhere?
Yes, we repair all types of jewelry regardless of purchase location. Our master jeweler handles repairs for both new and heirloom pieces.
What are your store hours?
We're open Tuesday-Friday 10AM-5PM, Saturday 10AM-4PM, and closed Sunday & Monday. Appointments available upon request.
Do you offer jewelry appraisals?
Yes, we host monthly GIA Certified Jewelry Appraisal clinics for accurate valuations of all jewelry types.
Can you resize rings quickly?
We offer same-day ring sizing during weekdays with prior arrangement. Most standard resizing completes within one business day.

I cant even begin to explain how amazing the staff and professionalism is at A.Altier Jewelers. From the moment you walk in, youre greeted by helpful and knowledgeable staff. I brought in my Tag Heur, which Ive had for over 20 years, for service and left knowing it was in great hands. I highly recommend them as theyve been in the business for over 40 years. I even had them swap out the NATO band on my Tudor Black Bay 58 for an Italian leather band they had and I couldnt be more pleased with the quality and feel.

Brought in 5 watches to get the batteries changed and they told me it would take about 30 mins wait a hour and 15 mins and called back for them to tell me "oh we are about to start them now"
