When they say 20 min expect an hour.
Update, I understand if youre short staffed, but you can tell me a real estimate for the job to be completed so I can plan accordingly. If its going to take an hour because of no employees, just say so. Most folks prefer a real timeframe to plan.

This place was amazing! I thought we would need a new windshield but the owner recommended a better route and was able to fill in the cracks very quickly. They were booked out for 2 weeks when I called them after a tree limb fell on my windshield. Two days later they called, had a cancellation, already had my new windshield in, fit me in and fixed everything (even straightened my wiper back out) and had it done in the afternoon! Best place ever to take your vehicle for glass repair! Knowing my luck with windshields Ill probably need service in one of my 5 vehicles again and I will definitely be going back to them!!

They replaced my windshield and drivers door window. They got me in and fix pretty quickly. They seemed very busy, but was still able to get me in and get my door glass in so I didn't have an open hole. They even put plastic on my window till the new one arrived. Thanks northwest auto glass.
