I hope to get my knees operated on, just waiting for a date. Very friendly doctor's, just don't drop off information for someone, they never get it. Make sure you put it into the person's hands before leaving the office.

Had a referral for this place from primary doctor and it was the most difficult process to get someone on the phone to book an appointment. When finally able to book it was a week out, which is fine. However, on the day of the appointment, the office called and cancelled the appointment with no reason, rescheduling for later in the week. After trying to call back for more information or to schedule for another day, the calls just go to voicemails that are never returned. This office needs some serious front desk management work. May have been referred here by the doctor, but I am now forced to

Drs are great, however, can never reach the billing department. Been trying to resolve a bill that was paid, but turned over to collections. Very frustrating!!!!
