Rude seller and dismissive with order updates; too many excuses. Eventually got my money back, but after way too long.

I ordered a light fixture and because of covid it took an extra long time to arrive. I got tired of waiting. This company went above and beyond to make me happy. I finally got my fixture and every time I look at it I remember how long it took and how rustic pelican made me feel so valued.

Love love LOVE The Rustic Pelican! I have purchased many things for my daughters new room and our guest room. Everyone always asks us where we purchase our stuff. Owner is extremely sweet, goes out of her way to make sure each item is exactly how Id like. She also helps me with some interior designing. Thank you again guys for all you do!
