Report
For a simple incorporation or LLC formation in Virginia or Washington, DC, we charge $600, plus the filing fee. This includes the cost of the Corporate Books, obtaining a Federal Identification Number for the entity, and if desired, election of S Corporation Status for the entity. The Corporate Books contain the Corporate Seal, Stock Certificates, and the Stock Register.
