This place is the reason people end up hurting themselves or others. I have a family member who struggles with depression/anxiety and had seen the same psych for many years (over 20). They were looking to make a change since things weren't working and gave Athena a try. After being berated for showing up late, which they didn't, and accused of everything imaginable from drug abuse to a psychotic breakdown we will never look for help from here again. This person was struggling and looking for help, and what we got was making it infinitely worse. They threatened to call the police and have them involuntarily

Having Serious problems with them filling my husbands mediation when its supposed to be filled. Now he has not had any for two days. He has ADHD and has been acting like a 10 year old child all weekend now. I'm about to loose mind!

Terrible place to work on mental health. They are all their way or no way at Athena, but all of them have different ways. Its a joke. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.
