We cannot say enough good about Newell-Hoerling's Mortuary. We had what we felt was a difficult situation and Rebecca did an outstanding job working with us and helping us to understand options and and ideas to fulfill our loved ones final wishes in the absence of pre-planning. Excellent communication and guidance and we always felt we were dealing with the highest of ethics. Everyone was caring and companionate. We give the entire Newell-Hoerling's Mortuary staff the highest of marks.

Losing a loved one is difficult and even harder when you feel so lost in what to do next. Newell-Hoerling's not only took us through each step of the process, they guided and made us feel secure all the way. They came to get our loved one as he passed at home and we were treated with the upmost respect The staff at Newell was helpful and knowledgeable with everything so we never lacked for anything. I highly recommend this service and you should ask for Lori Keilwitz because of how wonderful she was for us.
