Slow to respond to simple requests - need your loss runs? Need a copy of your policy? Be prepared to wait several days and at times not get any response from this company. I switched to a large insurer who can get me my policies and information upon request.

Insurance is one of my least favorite things to even think about buying. Its always so frustrating. This is not tbe case at my new insurance company.
