Had a blaze king princess wood stove along with new stove pipes installed spring of 2021. Best wood stove i have ever had. Fast friendly and vary professional service. Heating a 2,600 sf home has went 22 hours on one load of wood.

Drove 30 minutes to the store in search of a replacement log set for my gas fireplace. Upon arriving, I found a single employee intent on their computer behind the sales desk. For several minutes I walked the store floor without being acknowledged. The employee finally asked if she could help me and when I explained what I was looking for, she requested that I email her the specifics and she would look into my request and get back to me. I was somewhat taken aback by that reply, but considering she was still behind the counter on her computer, I assumed she was in the middle of another matter

Good location with a large amount of parking. Salesperson was friendly and informative and gave some demonstrations of the flame heights and colors of the electric fireplace that I was looking at. She answered my questions about how much it cost to run and how much space it heated. Also gave me pricing and her card, as well as hours that I could bring my husband back to see it. Store was clean and easy to look at all displays. I am pretty sure we will go back to purchase it.

We had a complete fireplace renovation done. This was done during their busy season so scheduling was a little tough, but the work done was really well. There were some issues but Ron addressed them all. The RSF Opel 3 is very efficient and looks good.

Great first consult visit, great bulk of the work. Jamming a practical wood-burning insert into a stylish-but-impractical mid-century modern fireplace is a serious undertaking, and Chelsea Hearth cruised through the hard bits, getting the wood stove itself installed and operational, and prepping the surrounding area to be covered with non-flammable tile.
Then... radio silence. Nothing for a week; called the office, nothing for another week; called again and texted, and finally got ahold of "Install Manager" Ron. Ron apologized that the final parts of the job had been "kicked
