I have been reluctant to leave feedback, however I am morally obligated to warn consumuers. In April 2018, we installed 2 POS Systems with printers and scales. Biztracker installed them in the most unorganized manner possible. I should have caught the red flags when they tried sneaking in the cheapest printers, when I purchased the top end printers. Being a small business owner myself, I don't want to jump to conclusions & leave public feedback about how negative my experience was and still is. Here are some areas of concern that I feel I must share with consumers so they can make an educated

Hidden fees for monthly service. Wont come out and service machines when they break. Would not recommend.
