Do not do business with this builder! We purchased a home within the past few years. Last year we had independent inspector come through and he found such egregious issues this should never have passed inspection. Curiously, neither Susses county nor Bayside was responsive to issues. Now a storm not even a hurricane, has come through and completely knocked in the side of our house from improper roof gable installation by Dutch Brothers, their subcontractor. Considering legal action.

Ryan is eager to sell you a home, but once he does you are not a priority anymore. He will promise and promise but never fallows through. So make sure before you settle everything is perfect because you will wait forever to have anything fixed.

Buyer beware and get ready for buyer's remorse. Bought a house from them. I was told if I find anything wrong, just let them know and they'll have someone to take care of it. What a joke! Once they get your money at settlement you are forgotten. They have an excuse for everything, i.e. i totally forgot, someone will be in touch with you Monday, a crew will take of all items next week, its the garage guys work, its the set crews work, etc. My advice is when shopping for a new home from them wear waders because it will get deep.

Bayside home has says all the right things until there is a problem and then...crickets...We purchased a house from them and the roof was improperly installed. It is now leaking and rotten after only a few years. Multiple messages have been left and the owner, Ryan, has yet to return a call. Upon visiting the showroom, he admitted it should not be rotten but has done nothing to remedy the issue or take responsibility. Buyer beware, this company does not stand by their service.
