Heather has worked with Penquis for ten plus years. Heather currently works with clients who are facing foreclosure, teaches homebuyer education classes, and works one-on-one with pre-purchase clients to help them become credit-ready to purchase a home. Previously, she worked in the mortgage banking industry for about 14 years processing, originating, and closing loans.

We provide technical assistance for starting a business, business strategy, new product launches, improved marketing, financial questions, loan preparation, and many other business issues.

MaineStream Finance offers experience and expertise to assist economic development services and incentives to municipalities as well as small agencies, nonprofits, and community facilities in Maine. MaineStream is the contracted agency for the Penobscot County Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district to assist in the administration of their capital funds.

MaineStream Finance offers a variety of loan products throughout the State of Maine to individuals and families who may have trouble finding credit elsewhere. MaineStream Finance is generally more flexible than conventional lenders on credit scores, down payment/closing costs, and not requiring personal mortgage insurance (PMI).
